The Experiential Design Studio (nicknamed ExD) is a course that challenges designers from different disciplines to create the branding, interiors, and experience of a restaurant and hotel in the same building. Collaborating with graphic designer Mallory Hill and interior designer Carmen Huggins, and inspired by Vietnamese cuisine and culture, we created Sao and Spice.
