The Experiential Design Studio is a course at Louisiana Tech University that challenges designers from unique disciplines to collaborate and use hypothetical questions to form concepts. I worked with interior designer, Audrey Delatte, to create a hotel and restaurant, located in New York City.
Our process began with research on our restaurant, which would be based on Michelin-starred Chef Dabiz Muñoz. We looked at the various boroughs in New York City and the neighborhoods within Manhattan, as well as researching Muñoz, and building out target audience personas.
